Professional Department

Our Professional Department is run by Malcolm Williams, who is our consultant surveyor. Malcolm has a wealth of experience in Sidmouth and East Devon, having worked in the area for over forty years. This department deals with both residential and commercial property, and is able to provide professional valuations for all purposes, including taxation, probate, purchase and sale. Malcolm can also negotiate both residential and commercial rent reviews and offer general property advice. This department covers not only the Sidmouth area but the whole of East Devon and beyond. Malcolm was the retained agent for Clinton Devon Estates, one of the largest landed estates in the South West of England. He also acts for a significant number of other major clients throughout the area.
